TurboHire raises $6 M Series A funding from IvyCap Ventures

The IvyCap Ventures-led Series A fundraising round for TurboHire, an enterprise recruiting automation tool, has received $6 million.

In its pre-Series A round, which was headed by Pentathlon VC and The Chennai Angels, TurboHire had raised $2 million earlier in October 2023.

The money will be used by the Hyderabad-based business to improve product capabilities, expand globally, and strengthen its integration with other HR IT ecosystems.

The AI-powered platform of TurboHire, which was founded in 2019 by Deepak Agrawal, Rakesh Nayak, and Gaurav Kumar, is revolutionizing enterprise hiring by fusing Agentic AI, clever workflows, and simple HRMS integration. From high-volume hiring to leadership positions, it facilitates end-to-end hiring procedures on a single, customizable interface.

Using a B2B SaaS business model, TurboHire provides subscription-based access to its platform for hiring automation. Businesses that utilize its products to expedite hiring, shorten time-to-hire, and increase recruitment efficiency generate income for the company.

Cipla, Tata Motors, PwC, Lenskart, Britannia, RPG Group, Motilal Oswal Group, and Ola (ANI Technologies) are just a few of the more than 120 businesses that TurboHire claims as clients. Its solution is compatible with international HRMS platforms like Workday, Oracle HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors.
