US witnessed third acquisition of Capillary
Capillary Technologies, a provider of customer loyalty and engagement technology solutions, has announced the acquisition of Tenerity’s Digital Connect assets.
Along with Loyalty+, Engage+, and Insights+, Digital Connect will be renamed to Rewards+ and added as the Capillary platform’s fourth product. With this, Capillary will be the only business with a full suite of end-to-end intelligent loyalty solutions, the company said in a release. These solutions include a technology platform, consulting, design of loyalty programs, analytics, a full rewards network, and marketing communications.
With the help of digital connectivity, businesses can engage customers with offers that will help them remember their brand every day and, ultimately, bring in money. With some high-profile clients, Digital Connect has significantly increased its market share in the BFSI and telecom sectors over the past year.
The team at Digital Connect is based in the US, the UK, and India. The addition of the Digital Connect team will allow Capillary to grow its presence in the US and solidify its position in Europe. The Digital Connect team will collaborate with Capillary’s former purchases of Persuade and Brierley in the US.
Following Capillary’s $45 million Series D round from Avataar Ventures and others, the development has just occurred. The company collaborates with over 250 brands, including Tata, PUMA, Shell, Al-Futtaim, Petron, Domino’s, Kanmo Group, and Marks & Spencer, and more than 100 loyalty programs.
