In a calculated move to improve and incorporate high-tech capabilities, workspace solution provider Incuspaze purchased VSKOUT, a B2B SaaS solution providing curated data analytics for commercial real estate (CRE).
The transaction is set up as a cash and equity swap.
VSKOUT, a real estate data services company founded in 2016 by Saumya Kumar and Pankaj Jain, is renowned for its in-house analytics tools, data mapping capabilities, and profound understanding of the commercial real estate market in India.
VSKOUT’s institutional-grade real estate intelligence and Incuspaze’s vast pan-Indian footprint, which spans 50 locations and more than 4 million square feet, will combine to transform how Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and businesses approach strategy, growth, and site selection.
VSKOUT’s real-time property intelligence will be integrated into Incuspaze’s workspace offerings, enabling clients in India and global capability centers (GCCs) to access smarter, faster, and more scalable solutions.
As part of the integration, Pankaj Jain and Saumya Kumar will remain in their leadership positions at Incuspaze. In addition to leading the GCC vertical, Saumya will spearhead the combined company’s strategic research and data innovation projects. In order to improve workplace satisfaction and revenue, Pankaj Jain will contribute to Incuspaze’s entire technology stack.
Advanced client dashboards, occupancy forecasting, and site benchmarking tools are made possible by VSKOUT’s proprietary data mapping and predictive analytics tools. To introduce white-label data solutions for developers and subscription-based insights for enterprise clients, a specific roadmap is being developed.
Since its launch in 2016, Incuspaze has established a presence in over 50 locations in 18 cities, totaling 4 million square feet.
