With HelixPay acquisition and partnership with PayMongo, Mosaic Solutions advances commerce technology

The Philippines-based business technology provider Mosaic Solutions today announced a strategic alliance with payment company PayMongo and the acquisition of HelixPay, a platform that facilitates commerce for venues, ticketing, and e-commerce.
According to a statement released by Mosaic Solutions on Tuesday, the annualized transaction value of the partnership between HelixPay and Mosaic Solutions exceeds PHP 4 billion ($69.09 million).
The ACTIVE Fund, Gentree Fund, Foxmont Capital Partners, Sierra Madre, Oak Drive Ventures, Tenco Capital, Investible, PayMongo, and other financial and strategic investors support it.
The statement claims that this action establishes the first unified commerce platform in the Philippines, which enables companies in all consumer sectors to seamlessly integrate their digital and in-store operations.
By combining digital commerce, payments, and point-of-sale into one solution, the combined platform removes the hassle of managing several systems.
For the first time, Philippine companies can use a single integrated platform to handle every aspect of their business, including digital payments, in-store sales, and business intelligence.
“This marks a fundamental shift in how Philippine businesses can operate,” said Brett Doyle, Chief Executive Officer of Mosaic Solutions.
“By bringing together Mosaic’s enterprise technology, HelixPay’s commerce capabilities, and PayMongo’s payment infrastructure, we’re removing the complexity that has held businesses back,
“One platform, one integration, unlimited possibilities for growth,” he added.
Business operations in the Philippines are now incredibly simple thanks to the integration.
Without the need for extra hardware, businesses will be able to process any payment method—from tap-to-pay to QR payments—through a single point-of-sale terminal.
With its seamless integration with online operations, this unified system provides businesses with a comprehensive view of their customers and inventory across all sales channels.
Strong analytics on the platform offer real-time insights that facilitate smarter business choices.
All payment methods, including cards, e-wallets, and online banking, are reliably processed thanks to PayMongo’s secure payment infrastructure.
It is observed that the way businesses function throughout the Philippines is already changing as a result of this technological integration.
Restaurants can now automatically update their inventory systems and process tableside payments instantly.
Retailers can create true omnichannel customer experiences by integrating their online and in-store operations.
With a single platform, entertainment venues can automate everything from concessions to ticketing.
The system enables data-driven decision-making at scale for companies with multiple locations by offering consolidated reporting across all branches and channels.
In order to speed up technology adoption and rethink how companies function in a digital-first economy, Mosaic Solutions will create a new advisory board as part of this expansion, made up of top fintech and software executives in the Philippines.
Jojo Malolos, the CEO of PayMongo; Luis Sia, the chairman of PayMongo; Andrew Koger, a co-founder of HelixPay; and Dan Marogy, the former chief executive officer of Foodpanda Philippines and managing director of 7-Eleven Philippines, will be on the advisory board.
“The future of commerce in the Philippines is being reshaped,
“Through this partnership, we’re building technology that enables businesses to sell smarter, get paid faster, and scale without friction,” said Luis Sia, Chairman of PayMongo.
