Kalyanaraman: We are a Research & Development based start-up offering Biodiversity complying & sustainability validated products. Our products entitle 100% to 400 % carbon credit.
Our Innovation is focussed on preserving and promoting the Biodiversity creating the significant economic value in the form of such eco system enablers as food provisioning, carbon fixation and water & Air purification.

Kalyanaraman: The uniqueness of our Product and Service lies in Protecting and Promoting the Biodiversity footprint. Neither Educational institutions nor the Business houses particularly MNCs can cater the demand of consumer for eco-friendly the Product & Service. We as a company are the “MOVERS OF AND FOR BIODIVERSITY POSITIVE PRODUCT”
We are operating with core unique principle based on environmental sustainability & the moral responsibility to preserve and protect the local Flora and Fauna species which are indigenous to our habitat / eco-system that we operate.

Determining the Scope: In an aggressive critical biodiversity loss – facing environment, establishing deep matured business cycles /process by identifying the key issues across ecosystem and along our value chain, prioritising the issue and strategy thereof, developing narrative and communicating it to stakeholder
Align on target: Set SMART goals based on Science, establish system to measure progress, and disclose our Progress
Build Foundation: Since we are the first movers on Biodiversity positive products laying foundation to train the partners, ensure supportive Governance and striking the suitable Partnership Chord.

Incubees: Where do you see your product/service reaching in the next five years?
Kalyanaraman: It reaches at least 2/3 of household in India with product to be using Biodiversity Positive Product in their Living.
Incubees: Do you have plans to raise funding to grow your business or allow your business to organically grow?
Kalyanaraman: Yes we need around 8 to 10 Cr, major spend will be on communication (in all forms) to educate consumers on Biodiversity loss which is happening & cajole(push) them to migrate to positive biodiversity Products from existing products which are offered at affordable rates by the MNCs of FMCG Industry through Advertisement. To counter infestation, either same or equal amount must be spent for Advertisement of the Positive Biodiversity Products to drive consumer behaviour change.
Incubees: What are the challenges you face as a startup?
Kalyanaraman: We cannot expect anything from the government currently as government itself is unable to counter fake news narrative and they do not have enough resources and infrastructure for health care to come out from Pandemic problem in this circumstance. For infusing new narrative on the use of biodiversity positive product, I need to make much more efforts to prove what I am talking is authentic as well as needs government attention. Carrying out start-up operations in India where awareness on positive biodiversity product & environmentally sustainable product is lacking & system is corrupt, is the biggest challenge when resources are limited.
