100% stake in Space & Time acquired by Nazara’s subsidiary Datawrkz

Datawrkz, a subsidiary of Nazara Technologies, paid roughly Rs 52.3 crore ($6.2 million) in cash and stock to purchase a 100% share in Space & Time, a growth marketing firm based in the UK.

Datawrkz’s plan to increase its footprint in North America and Europe and solidify its place in the global digital advertising market is in line with this acquisition.

The acquisition combines Datawrkz’s programmatic advertising technology skills with Space & Time’s growth marketing, media, and technology expertise. The goal of this collaboration is to offer cutting-edge digital advertising solutions, with an emphasis on expanding reach and impact in the UK and European markets.

Through the acquisition, Space & Time will also be able to use Datawrkz’s technology to develop more effective campaigns, opening up new growth prospects in North America and Europe.
