Manmesh Kerkar is the founder of Infusion. Infusion is an advertising and marketing agency. INCUBEES: Tell us about your product or services?

Manmesh: Infusion is an advertising and marketing agency established in 2018. We offer business solutions like digital marketing, content writing, graphic designing, motion graphics, video editing, photography. ad films, corporate shoots, and post-production services.

INCUBEES: What makes your product/services unique and what competition do you see in India and globally?

Manmesh: Infusion prioritizes quality over quantity. Our goal Is to strategize, produce and provide our clients with the complete tool. We believe in the complete satisfaction of the customer with the best quality of service which is the root for the perfection of the product. We are committed to creativity and innovations which will give the customer the best output.

INCUBEES: What are the challenges you see in the market at this point in time?

Manmesh: I see each challenge as an opportunity to grow. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the world has gone digital. This for us came as an opportunity to grow by providing our services. The existing established companies had to go digital during this pandemic. This is when our client base boomed up.

INCUBEES: Tell us about your team and what inspires them?

Manmesh: We are a team committed to creativity and innovations. We believe that every project is a learning opportunity. This is what keeps us going. Since digitalization, our work has been more appreciated and acknowledged than ever before. This inspires the team to work with an optimistic approach.

INCUBEES: Where do you see your product/service reaching in the next five-years?

Manmesh: We plan to go global in the coming years.

INCUBEES: Do you have plans to raise funding to grow your business or allow your business to organically grow?

Manmesh: We may plan on raising funds in near future. Currently, we are organically growing.

INCUBEES: What are the challenges you face as a startup?

Manmesh: As a start-up, it is challenging to have a structured team on board.  Sometimes it gets difficult to keep up with the fast-approaching deadlines. There are also times when I single-handedly have to play multiple roles.
