Indian AI platform Simplify360 acquired by conversation platform Nextiva

The conversation platform Nextiva, based in the US, announced the acquisition of Simplify360, an Indian artificial intelligence (AI) platform for customer experience.

But no financial details of the acquisition have been made public.

The purchase of the AI platform, according to a statement from Nextiva, will quicken the company’s efforts to level the playing field for companies of all sizes in terms of customer support.

Additionally, it gives Nextiva access to the Asia-Pacific market as it grows to support more businesses globally.

“Conversations are the fuel of business growth. From day one, Nextiva’s vision has been to bring together all communication channels into a single stream of conversations with productivity, customer and contact management, and collaboration tools,” said Tomas Gorny, Co-Founder, and Chief Executive Officer of Nextiva.

“We are on a mission to put an end to unhappy customers and frustrated teams,

“No more time wasted toggling between multiple applications – Nextiva keeps teams productive and connected with customers, colleagues, and vendors from wherever they are in the world,” he added.

The fact that Nextiva is leveling the playing field makes it possible for companies of all sizes to access cutting-edge technology, compete with the biggest tech firms, and provide incredible experiences for their teams and customers.

“The acquisition of Simplify360 accelerates our companies’ shared mission by adding social media, reputation management, live chat and helpdesk CRM to Nextiva’s offerings,” said Gorny.

Nextiva, a leader in the field of connected communications, uses one robust and user-friendly platform to power billions of conversations annually across its cloud business phone systems, text and team messaging, video meetings, and other services.

Customers of Nextiva will now have immediate access to Simplify360’s offerings following the acquisition, and over time, they can anticipate a complete integration into Nextiva’s platform.

“Once Simplify360 is integrated with our platform, Nextiva will be in a category of its own – there is nothing else like it,” said Gorny.

Simplify360 uses AI and automation to enable 5,000+ global businesses to seamlessly deliver world-class customer support across multiple channels, including email, live chat, social media, online reviews, and e-commerce.

Amazon, Honda, HP, Nestle, HDFC, Hyundai, Canon, and Xiaomi are just a few of Simplify360’s clients.

“Joining forces with Nextiva is an ideal fit for Simplify360 as we share a vision to make amazing customer experiences available to every business,” said Rohit Gupta, Co-founder, and Chief Executive Officer of Simplify360.

“We are excited to partner with Nextiva to accelerate our shared mission on a global scale, and empower businesses around the world to rise to the customer experience challenge, and win,” he added.

Nextiva, which was established in 2008 and has its corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, was valued at $2.7 billion by its first and most recent financing round in late 2021.

The company has more than 50 patents under its belt and is supported by Goldman Sachs.
