Driver assistance startup Sapience Automata raised Rs 1.75 Cr Seed funding
In a seed round headed by Inflection Point Ventures, driver assistance startup Sapience Automata has raised Rs 1.75 crore.
According to a press release from the company, the money will be used to develop advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) technology, form important partnerships in the automotive industry, increase sales of driver cameras, and file international patents.
Sapience Automata, established in 2021 by Satyajit Neogi, is dedicated to transforming road safety in India by utilizing plug-and-play driver assistance technology. By utilizing cutting-edge AI and autonomous driving technologies, the company hopes to eradicate accidents.
It offers solutions that are suited to the unique requirements and circumstances of Indian drivers by providing bespoke goods and applications.
Sapience is based in Bengaluru and focuses on commercial fleets at the moment. This is the first step towards future expansion and scalability in the B2C market.
Additionally, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) employ robots such as Swaayatt and FlowPilot.
With 11 investments, Inflection Point Ventures is reported by the media to have been the most active investor in Q1 2024. On the list after Blume Ventures were Venture Catalysts and Fireside Ventures.
