Gnani.ai raised $4 M Series A funding from Info Edge Ventures
The voice-first generative AI startup Gnani.ai has raised Rs 30 crore, or roughly $4 million, from Info Edge Ventures in its Series A round.
Gnani stated in a press release that the money will be utilized for expanding Gnani.ai’s business internationally and increasing sales. Samsung Ventures is one of the company’s investors.
Established in 2016 by Ganesh Gopalan and Ananth Nagaraj, Gnani.ai’s distinctive generative AI platform revolutionizes the customer experience for numerous clients worldwide.
Voice biometrics, agent assistance, omnichannel analytics, and omnichannel conversational automation are just a few of the product capabilities offered by the startup’s no-code voice first platform.
It features a patented, in-house tech stack for augmented intelligence, TTS, STT, and NLP that is compatible with 14 Indian languages in addition to English.
A set of voice-first AI SLM models (small language models) was recently announced by Gnani. The initial distribution of Gnani.ai’s SLMs is aimed at industries including retail, banking, insurance, and automobiles.
