Voice AI employees platform launched by YC-backed CozmoX AI

The first enterprise-ready AI employee platform with sophisticated voice interaction features in the Middle East and Africa was launched today by CozmoX AI, a Y Combinator alumnus. With the ability to manage entire business processes from start to finish and speak fluently in English, Spanish, French, German, Hindi, and more than 70 other languages, these AI workers operate as full-fledged members of the digital workforce.

CozmoX AI was born out of the founders’ personal experience with scaling issues with AI tools. The team spent several months in stealth mode, testing its AI staff extensively with enterprise clients in the financial services, healthcare, e-commerce, real estate, and logistics sectors.

With multiple clients already operating at full scale in Europe, the GCC, and the US, the platform’s enterprise-grade architecture guarantees smooth integration with current business systems, strong security protocols, and scalable deployment options both on-premise and in the cloud throughout the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and India.

Employees at CozmoX AI are fully digital workers who autonomously oversee entire business processes, in contrast to traditional automation tools. Businesses can use these AI workers to manage complicated tasks that normally call for human coordination and communication, such as lead generation, sales closure, payment collection, and customer support, by utilizing an inventive no-code platform.

She finds out about prospects’ interests, phone numbers, and emails, conducts in-depth research on them, and uses natural voice conversations to qualify leads, negotiate, and follow up while keeping thorough CRM records.

Alex, the AI debt collector, manages payment plans and follow-ups while guaranteeing complete regulatory compliance. Alex manages the entire collection process, from the first point of contact to the confirmation of payment.

Zara: AI Receptionist: Offers complete front-office management, managing everything from appointment scheduling and call routing to taking thorough messages and answering customer questions. Zara is being used by some of the biggest healthcare providers in the area to automate their receptionist services.
