Edjust acquired by BrightCHAMPS in cash and stock deal

To strengthen its global expansion, Edtech platform BrightCHAMPS purchased Edjust, an Indian K12 education marketplace. With the cash and stock deal, BrightCHAMPS completes its fourth acquisition since its founding in 2020: Edjust (2024), Education10x (2021), Schola (2022), and Metamorphosis Edu (2023).

The founders of Edjust will now take the lead in the business’s endeavors to establish a new channel of distribution. For students’ overall success and preparedness for the future, the soon-to-be-announced vertical will provide instruction in academic subjects like math, science, and English.

Following the acquisition, Edjust plans to improve its sales strategy and reach 30 new regions, exposing parents to engaging digital content.

Dushyant Panchal, Anmol Mittal, and Sanjay Panikar founded Edjust in 2022. The company uses advanced data, contact centers, and human and artificial intelligence (EQ) to make sure that only parents who have a strong preference for edtech products are contacted for sales. With extensive networks of parents in the US and the UK, Edjust asserts that it has a successful track record.

Kids in the K–12 market can take online programming and artificial intelligence courses from BrightChamps, which is run by Ravi Bhushan. It has operations in 30 countries, including the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Nigeria, Canada, and the United States.

Additionally, the startup offers children aged 6-16 robotics, financial literacy, and coding courses.

It raised $51 million in November 2021, valuing the business at $500 million. Through two funding rounds, BrightChamps has so far raised a total of $63 million.
