About 100 SA entrepreneurs to receive assistance from STEM is Everywhere programme

In order to empower and support early-stage female founders in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mining and Manufacturing) businesses, WomHub, a South African organization dedicated to female empowerment, has partnered with the Visa Foundation to launch the STEM is Everywhere program.

Through education, mentorship, and support, WomHub, a preeminent organization committed to empowering women and girls in STEM, works to foster an inclusive and diverse engineering and tech sector.

Through the STEM is Everywhere program, WomHub’s innovation and tech hubs and networks, as well as business resources and coaching, will be accessible to female entrepreneurs. In order to close the gender gap and help South African women entrepreneurs reach their full potential, WomHub and the Visa Foundation have partnered.

“This initiative aligns with our mission to empower women and girls in STEM, breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for the next generation of female leaders,” said Anjani Harjeven, CEO of WomHub.

In South Africa, the STEM is Everywhere initiative will help about 100 entrepreneurs.
