ActionIQ and Infoworks acquired by Uniphore

ActionIQ and Infoworks are two data companies that Uniphore, an enterprise-class and AI-native company, has acquired.

According to a press release from Uniphore, these strategic acquisitions expand its entire end-to-end Enterprise AI platform and are intended to create the first Zero Data AI Cloud in the industry.

Uniphore claims that these acquisitions will give clients access to a full range of AI capabilities. This will accelerate an organization’s digital transformation by enabling it to go beyond proof-of-concept AI trials into full-scale implementation.

An infrastructure-agnostic architecture that builds a seamless data fabric across any data platform, enterprise application, or cloud environment is the foundation of Uniphore’s Zero Data AI Cloud, according to the company.

With ActionIQ, businesses can connect all data from any location and make it AI-ready without requiring time-consuming integration or ETL projects. ActionIQ is a computable zero-copy data platform. In contrast, Infoworks offers its Enterprise Data Platform, which consists of intelligent AI data agents that can find, recognize, organize, catalog, and clean enterprise data with little assistance from humans.

Through these acquisitions, businesses will be able to use all of their data for AI projects without having to move, transform, or duplicate it, greatly speeding up results from years to weeks.

A composable data layer, knowledge layer, model layer, and agentic layer make up Uniphore’s multi-layered AI architecture, according to the company. With further investments planned in each area, each layer is outfitted with feature-rich solutions. This 4-layer approach ensures data sovereignty and enterprise-grade scalability while allowing customers to fully utilize its suite of end-to-end AI capabilities through an open architecture. At any scale, organizations retain total control over the implementation of AI solutions.

More than 750,000 end users in 1,600 businesses across 20 countries are allegedly empowered by Uniphore.
