Africa Carbon Removal Accelerator accepting applications

Applications are being accepted for the Africa Carbon Removal Accelerator (ACRA), which will give participants extensive training in carbon dioxide removal (CDR) and assist them as they pursue their business ventures in this field.
The ACRA program, which is run by CDR-focused experts and is in collaboration with Strathmore University and the Nuvoni Centre for Innovation Research, connects tech and policy stakeholders, top CDR buyers, verification bodies, and fundraising professionals worldwide while keeping Sub-Saharan Africa in mind.
In order to connect, exchange knowledge, and work together with important stakeholders in a diverse and enabling CDR ecosystem, participants will have access to a vibrant and globally connected CDR community.
The latest research on CDR technologies that have the most promise for sustainable development in Sub-Saharan Africa will also be helpful to them, and they will discover local elements that are essential to the growth of a domestic CDR ecosystem.
The application process is available here until February 24. The program will run from April to December.
