AutomationFactory.AI acquired by SaaS solution provider Cilio
AutomationFactory.AI, an end-to-end digital transformation and product development company with its headquarters in Noida, has been acquired by US-based Cilio Technologies, a SaaS solutions provider to installers, contractors, retailers, and manufacturers in the home improvement industry.
As a result of the acquisition, the new company would take the name Cilio Automation Factory (CAF), Cilio’s international engineering hub dedicated to innovation in the field of field service management.
In addition to developing and supporting systems for businesses like Caesarstone, IKEA, LG, Lowe’s Home Improvement, and others across four continents, Cilio claims to support over 20,000 active installers, manufacturers, and distributors in the US market.
Amit Bana and Love Chopra co-founded Automation Factory, which offers end-to-end solutions for digital transformation and product development using a DevOps-driven, cloud-first, factory-based methodology.
According to a press release from the company, Cilio Automation Factory will be based in India and will more than double the company’s engineering staff.
The clients and business of CAF’s current systems integration division will be maintained and expanded. According to the business, among many other opportunities, creating unique solutions for Cilio customers will be a key opportunity to increase the scope of consulting, project delivery, and talent augmentation services related to digital transformation.
