B2B food platform Oda received $1 M in Touchstone-led Seed round

A venture fundraising round headed by Touchstone Partners has secured US $1 million for Oda, a B2B platform for ordering food and beverages.

The additional funding will be utilised to strengthen the company’s core technology as well as its app’s user experience and big data analytics capabilities.

Jin Lee established the Vietnamese business, which serves establishments in the hotel, restaurant, and café sectors, in 2019.

Through its management software, Oda links suppliers and customers. This enables customers to place large orders for fresh food, drinks, and ingredients, which reduces food waste and saves both time and money.

It offers a mechanism to track and examine purchase trends overtime in addition to real-time orders.

According to the company, it links approximately 500 consumers in Vietnam, including Belgo, Baemin Kitchen, and Lacaph, with more than 120 suppliers.

By 2030, the market for software-as-a-service supply chain management is anticipated to expand at a compound annual growth rate of 13.4% and reach US $26 billion.
