Beenext led US $2.6 M raised by Gaming marketplace VCGamers
VCGamers, an Indonesian gaming e-commerce site, has raised US$2.6 million in a seed round headed by Beenext and Rans Ventures. Google executive Ari Fadyl and Collab Asia Vice President Jerry Soer are also in the round.
VCGamers’ valuation has risen to US $20 million as a result of this purchase, according to a business statement. The business intends to utilise the additional funds to accelerate product development and expand to other Southeast Asian countries.

VCGamers is an online marketplace for in-game currency, commodities, and services founded in 2021 by Isya Sony Subrata, Wafa Taftazani, Hartanto Lee, and Ibnu Anggara. Users may engage and establish e-sports teams or organise events using the site.
The startup is now developing its own cryptocurrency, VCG, which users will be able to use to transact on the site.
Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina, two Indonesian influencers, founded Rans Ventures, an early stage VC business.
