Cab-hailing app BluSmart raises USD 7 million in pre-Series A funding

Mumbai: Electric cab-hailing app BluSmart has raised $7 million~ Rs 51 crore in a pre-Series A funding round.

The investors were Inflection Point Ventures, Venture Catalysts, Survam Partners, Mumbai Angels, Chhatisgarh Investments, JITO Angels, Lets Venture Fund, and Kaplavriksh Fund.

It would utilize the capital to expand the number of cars on the platform, set up more charging infrastructure, and expand the geographical reach.
