Chiratae led $6.2 M raised by business tools provider Exly

Chiratae Ventures led a fresh round of funding for business tools provider Exly (formerly MyScoot), which brought in $6.2 million. Mayfield India, an existing backer, and Venture Highway took part in the round as well.

The funds it has raised will be mostly utilized to expand its client base and improve its line of products.

Exly was founded in 2021 by Suyash Sinha, Sidharth Rawat, Akhil Tripathi, and Swati Singh. The company offers business solutions to improve productivity and streamline processes for its clients.

It provides course builders, appointment planners, marketing suites, customer relationship management (CRM), and lead-capturing conversion tools for independent contractors and creators.

More than 10,000 users, according to Exly, have used it thus far. Its target market includes digital marketers, dance choreographers, astrologers, fitness instructors, and business coaches.

The company was a part of Y Combinator’s winter 2019 batch and had previously raised $1.8 million in a seed funding round.
