Digital-first western fashion brand Theater raised $1.5 M Pre-series A funding

Prath Ventures, in conjunction with current angel investors, led a pre-Series A funding round of $1.5 million for the digital-first western fashion brand Theater.

Theater stated in a press release that the funds will be utilized to expand offline presence, develop new channels for quick commerce, and speed up the production and design iteration processes.

In order to establish a unique presence in the market, Theater—which was co-founded by Sarthak Aggarwal, Vikram Jain, Karan Jain, and Shruti Aggarwal—combines strong brand-building and startup scaling capabilities with in-depth knowledge of fashion. Women’s footwear, stockings, perfumes, and bags are among the specialty items that the fashion design landscape and mass-premium fashion brands hope to strengthen.

Theater seeks to establish a sizable company with a unique offering and revolutionize the Indian fashion scene through a design-centric approach.
