Earth Fund led $3 M Series A funding raised by Wiffy

With participation from Japan’s Persol Holdings and current investor Capria Ventures, platform for organized post-sale installation and services Wiffy has raised $3 million in a Series A fundraising round managed by Earth Fund.
In July 2024, the Mumbai-based business raised Rs 25 crore (about $3 million) in a pre-Series A round led by Mount Judi Ventures and current investor Capria Ventures, with Blume Founders Fund and other investors participating. Additionally, in July 2022, it raised $2 million in a seed round.
According to a news statement from Wiffy, the additional funds will be utilized to broaden its technological platform, improve AI-powered labor management, increase enterprise relationships, and quicken category expansion.
Wiffy, a field services platform for consumer durables and home improvement firms, was founded in 2019 by Vikram Sharma and Deepanshu Goyal.
Through a network of more than 5,000 certified professionals and an AI-powered platform, the company offers installation, maintenance, warranty, and field services in more than 100 cities. It claims to have served over a million homes in India and collaborates with over 100 brands, including IKEA, Panasonic, Godrej, Hettich, and Amazon.
With its patented AI-powered SaaS platform, Wiffy automates technician scheduling, deployment, and quality assurance, giving brands control over pre- and post-purchase service operations.
Since its founding, the organization claims to have served over a million residences in more than 100 cities. Additionally, Wiffy stated that its brand and enterprise partners directly generate demand, which results in low customer acquisition costs.
