Edtech platform Ulipsu raised $3.2 M Pre-series A funding

Ulipsu, a multi-skill learning platform and edtech startup, closed its Pre-Series A round at $5.7 million after raising $3.2 million. Participants included HNIs from the Middle East and Canada as well as current investors.

The round included a secondary sale for the seed investors worth $225K, the company claims.

Ulipsu intends to quicken the pace of its development and operations by diversifying its product line and increasing its presence in both domestic and international markets. The business will also hire fresh talent to help with the growth surge anticipated in the upcoming year.

Launched in 2022, Ulipsu offers a plug-and-play learning infrastructure that enables schools to teach their students important skills like art and craft, language and communication, coding, artificial intelligence, finance and entrepreneurship, and many more.

By the end of this academic year, the company hopes to have onboarded more than 1,000 schools nationwide. The company claims that it is currently used in more than 200 schools throughout India. With Middle East expansions this year, the brand is also preparing to stamp its presence on the world stage.
