Electric commercial vehicle manufacturer Omega Seiki Mobility raises Rs 50 Cr from multiple investors

In a fundraising round, Securocorp Securities, Sangeeta Pareekh, Saket Aggarwal Family Office, and Vanshika Sharma contributed Rs 50 crore to the electric commercial vehicle maker Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM).
According to a news statement from OSM, the profits will be utilized to increase manufacturing capacity, bolster research and development (R&D), improve its nationwide dealer and service network, and hasten the introduction of next-generation electric mobility solutions.
Omega Seiki Mobility, an electric vehicle manufacturer founded in 2018 by Uday Narang, specializes on commercial electric three-wheelers, two-wheelers, and light trucks for last-mile logistics. It has production facilities in Pune and Faridabad and is a part of the Anglian Omega Group.
In FY26, the Delhi-based company recorded revenue of over Rs 333 crore, profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 7.3 crore, and an EBITDA margin of 7.7%. Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, BigBasket, Porter, Maersk, and Nestlé are among its clients.
OSM is present in a number of vehicle segments in India’s commercial EV market.
The company intends to increase its presence in passenger cars, premium electric two-wheelers, electric light commercial vehicles, and cargo three-wheelers. In order to help retail finance and fleet deployment, it has also partnered with financial institutions and green mobility companies including cKers Finance and Mufin Green.
