Bespin Global, a Korean supplier of cloud services, has secured US $60 million from e& Enterprise, an Emirates Telecoms Group company that specializes in digital transformation, in a series D round of funding.
Additionally, after 18 months of the deal’s conclusion, e& Enterprise has the option to add an additional US $60 million to its investment in the company. Additionally, the businesses will create a joint venture to provide consumers in the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Pakistan with professional services managed by public clouds.
Cloud migration services are offered by Bespin Global to over 1,700 businesses in Korea and abroad, including those in China, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, and the US. Among other things, it provides a cloud management platform, cloud consulting services, and a marketplace.
The business has established alliances with Microsoft Azur, Google Cloud, and Amazon Web Services.
