EndureAir Systems raises $2.85 M from IAN Alpha Fund

Deep-tech UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) and aerial robotics company EndureAir Systems has raised Rs 25 crore, or roughly $2.85 million, in funding led by IAN Alpha Fund and including IAN Angel Fund.
The money raised will go toward expanding into enterprise markets, enhancing its UAV capabilities for the defense ecosystem, and quickening the development of next-generation aerial robotics and high-altitude logistics platforms.
EndureAir was established in 2018 by Dr. Abhishek, his former students Rama Krishna, and Chirag Jain. The company designs and produces tough, domestic UAVs for disaster response, defense, logistics, and surveillance.
Utilizing more than 15 years of rotorcraft research and supported by eight patents in flight dynamics and autonomy, the brand develops both hardware and software entirely in-house, in contrast to drone assemblers.
The Indian Army’s Eastern Command has already implemented the Sabal heavy-lift logistics drone family (10–70 kg payloads); Vibhram is a long-endurance UAV that fueled Telangana’s Medicine from the Sky vaccine delivery program; and Alakh is a nano-UAV series that has been used in crucial rescue operations from the Chamoli cloudburst to the earthquake in Turkey.
Along with Druk Holding & Investments (DHI), it is piloting missions in Bhutan and co-developing high-altitude logistics drones with Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL).
The startup from Noida faces competition from firms such as IdeaForge, Garuda Aerospace, and NewSpace Research.
