FES Cafe raises Rs 3 Cr Seed funding from Aakash Anand, Wolfpack Labs

In a seed funding round led by Aakash Anand and his venture studio Wolfpack Labs, the dessert-focused cafe chain FES Cafe has raised Rs 3 crore.
According to a press release from FES Cafe, the new funding will be used for expansion, including its July entry into Delhi, and to further its goal of creating a national, dessert-first cafe brand that is anchored in indulgence, culture, and community.
FES Cafe is a chain of eggless dessert cafes founded by Vidur Mayor with an emphasis on community, innovation, and indulgence. Offering baked cookies, puddings, cakes made with alternative ingredients, seasonal desserts, savory dishes, rotating dessert menus, arcade game sections, and community formats like Coffee Raves, it is positioned as a third space for young India.
Since its launch, FES claims to have tripled its revenue in the first three months, increased delivery revenue by 347% in 90 days, and achieved store-level EBITDA of 29.8% by the fourth month. Over 10,000 orders were being processed each month as of June 2025, and the company achieved EBITDA-positive status in just four months.
The cafe from Gurugram intends to open its first location in Delhi in July and a second location in a corporate park in Gurugram in September 2025. It plans to open more than 100 stores in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities by FY 2027. To go beyond physical cafes, the company is also creating a hybrid COCO and FICO model, as well as hubs that are focused on delivery and packaged desserts.
