Generative AI startup Ayna raised $1.5 M Seed funding from Inflexor Ventures

The early-stage investment platform Inflexor Ventures is leading a $1.5 million seed funding round for the generative AI startup Ayna, based in Bengauru.

According to a press release from the company, the funding will be used to grow Ayna’s workforce, enhance its AI capabilities, and further its goal of enabling companies of all sizes to afford high-quality product photography.

Ayna, which was co-founded by Aastha Rajpal and Yash Bansal, enables companies such as Wakefit, WomanLikeU, and Clovia from Reliance Retail to produce high-quality product photos at large quantities without requiring in-person photoshoots.

Ayna’s exclusive compound foundational models (CFMs), in contrast to conventional techniques or simplistic AI solutions, offer brands fine-grained control over every aspect of their product image.

Ayna claims that because of its generative AI, brands can optimize product visuals for maximum conversion while doing away with expensive overhead, long turnaround times, and creative constraints.

Startups focused on generative artificial intelligence have amassed close to $100 million in the last six months. Among the companies on the list are Sarvam AI, Ema, Neysa, Vodex, and KonProz.
