Government to establish Digital India Innovation Fund to spur deep-tech startups: Rajeev Chandrasekhar

Rajeev Chandrasekhar, a minister of state for electronics and information technology, said that the government would establish the Digital India Innovation Fund to assist deeptech businesses.

According to a formal release, the minister made these remarks while speaking to more than 1,000 college students at the Catholic Bishop House Campus in Thamarassery, Kerala, as part of the “New India for Young India: Techade of Opportunities programme”.

According to Chandrasekhar, the government would establish the Digital India Innovation Fund to help deeptech businesses.

The minister said that in the PM’s vision of a New India, everyone in the country will have plenty of opportunity to contribute to its growth, with talent and hard work serving as the only criteria for success.
