Greenday’s Better Nutrition received investment from PV Sindhu

Indian badminton player PV Sindhu is a brand ambassador for D2C and has invested in Greenday’s “Better Nutrition” campaign.
The company released a press release stating that the partnership aims to improve consumer health and farmer livelihoods by utilizing innovative biofortified foods to combat micronutrient deficiencies in India.
Greenday, founded by Prateek Rastogi and Aishwarya Bhatnagar, is boosting the nutritional content of staple crops so that people can obtain vital vitamins and minerals through their regular meals.
The company closely collaborates with farmers, empowering, enlightening, and rewarding them for growing crop varieties high in nutrients. Currently, the startup uses the Greenday “Kisan ki Dukan” brand to run approximately 75 agri-input stores and procurement centers around the nation. Biofortification, a revolutionary technique that improves the nutritional value of crops from the seed stage, is used by its FMCG brand, Better Nutrition.
Enhanced with minerals and vitamins like zinc, iron, protein, pro-vitamin A, and calcium, the product line comprises biofortified Atta, Rice, Bajra, Ragi, and Makka.
Additionally, PV Sindhu is an endorser of brands including Asian Paints, Bridgestone India, Bank of Baroda, and Spinny.
