Healthtech startup Confido Health raised $3 M Seed funding
The Together Fund is leading the $3 million seed round for Confido Health, a healthtech startup with an AI focus. Strategic healthcare operators, MedMountain Ventures, Rebellion VC, DeVC, and Operators Studio also participated in the round.
A pre-seed round led by Momentum Capital was previously raised by the company.
The money raised will be utilized to expand its reach into surgical, orthopedic, dental, and pediatric specialties as well as enhance its AI technology stack.
Confido Health was founded by Chetan Reddy and Vichar Shroff to empower AI workers to handle care coordination, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling. These digital workers provide smooth end-to-end task automation by integrating with current healthcare systems in less than five minutes using no-code deployment.
The platform facilitates real-time task completion by processing unstructured data across multiple systems in a way that complies with HIPAA. Verified using real-world data instead of publicly available datasets, Confido’s digital employees are able to interact with patients in a variety of languages and manage several tasks at once.
The startup claims to reach 50,000 patients each month and serve more than 15 clients in more than 50 locations.
