India-based SportVot growing internationally, focusing on Europe, MENA, and Asia

After gaining popularity throughout India, SportVot, a cloud-based sports technology platform, has announced plans to enter foreign markets.
According to a statement released by the company on Monday, the platform, which provides sports organizers with OTT distribution tools and remote production capabilities, is now expanding into the Asia Pacific (APAC), Middle Africa and North Africa (MENA), and a few European regions.
SportVot lowers production costs by allowing federations, clubs, and local organizers to stream matches with nearly broadcast quality through its proprietary Cloud Studio.
Australia, New Zealand, and portions of Southeast Asia are among the ten new international markets the company has entered in the last year. These areas have robust grassroots sports ecosystems but little access to reasonably priced digital broadcasting solutions.
Additionally, it just opened its first overseas office in Australia.
SportVot is a good option for grassroots leagues and tournaments because of its single-operator production model, which allows for remote match coverage.
With collaborations from organizations like Japan Cricket, Thailand Cricket, Afghanistan Cricket, Saudi Cricket, Qatar Cricket, and Kommunity TV, among others, the platform has so far digitized over 3.5 lakh matches in 30 different sports.
The recent partnership between SportVot and ITTF Oceania to stream a continental-level table tennis tournament is noteworthy because it is the first time an Indian sports technology company has participated in this sport at the federation level worldwide.
“Local sports across the world are rich in talent but often lack the visibility and infrastructure needed to grow,” said Siddhant Agarwal, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of SportVot.
“Our aim is to bridge that gap by making broadcasting accessible and enabling athletes at all levels to build a digital identity,
“We believe this model can unlock both opportunities and revenue for grassroots sports globally,” he added.
The platform offers a variety of digital tools in addition to broadcasting, such as player profile creation, automated graphics, live scoring, and monetization choices like pay-per-view and ad integration.
The company claims that this has helped some organizers make more money while also giving athletes, particularly those at the grassroots level, more visibility through digital portfolios.
SportVot is committed to ensuring that grassroots sport is successful, valuable, and visible everywhere in the world as it expands its presence in international markets.
Founded in 2019, the company provides scalable and cost-effective end-to-end solutions for live sports production, including capture, streaming, distribution, and analytics.
