In a seed funding round headed by Upekkha, the HR technology platform Umwelt.AI has raised $125,000.
According to a press release from Umwelt, the money will be used to increase the company’s worldwide reach and provide enterprises in a range of industries with innovative solutions.
Last year, the business raised $125,000 from its current investor in a pre-seed round.
Umwelt.Ai, founded in 2023 by Vishal Chopra, provides employee experience and people analytics solutions that go beyond conventional HR methodologies. It facilitates other organizations in raising employee response rates and employee net promoter score (ENPS), which raises employee engagement.
The Faridabad-based company claims that it enables CEOs and HR leaders to listen, analyze, and act on employee feedback in real-time by utilizing behavioral science, chatBot technology, and advanced analytics. By monitoring metrics like engagement, mood, and attrition risk, the platform enables businesses to take action before problems get worse. Predictive analytics has helped to lower early attrition rates, which has improved talent retention and saved money.
Umwelt states that it has provided services to Vero Moda, Jack & Jones, Foundit, Quess Corp, and Allsec BPO. It is in direct competition with other startups operating in this field, including Leena.AI, infeedo, and Amara.ai.
