Initiative to promote stability in cross border trade

Giant e-commerce platform ‘Shopify’ has announced its partnership with Payoneer, PayGlocal, and Tazapay. The company aims to make an addition of new payment partners in order to smoothen the cross-border transactions for Indian merchants using Shopify. The platform is accessed by more than 70 million shoppers across the globe. The collaboration between Shopify and the above-mentioned payment partners is to promote business across countries offering an easy process with fewer transaction fees. The collaboration will lead to adding 80 plus new payment methods.

Payoneers is a payment gateway platform that is accessed by millions of companies and individuals and functions in more than 200 countries helping firms grow and connect internationally making transactions easier. PayGlocal offers a payment platform for international shoppers in the Indian ecosystem and is a solution-based firm. Tazapay is a platform focused on cross-border trade for MSMEs assisting them with the latest technology and providing them with their services for simple and safe trade/transaction.
