Customer support solutions company LiaPlus AI has raised Rs 2 crore in a seed round led by Growth91 and Chandigarh Angel Network, with participation from Inflection Point Ventures.
LiaPlus stated in a press release that the money will be used to grow the team, improve sales and marketing tactics, and advance product and technology.
LiaPlus is an AI-powered customer support platform that was co-founded in 2023 by Shailesh Jaiswal and Smridhi Seth. It operates continuously around the clock, understands the emotions of its customers, and provides multilingual support in eighteen languages. It also manages millions of calls every hour.
LiaPlus AI, which has locations in Australia, the Middle East, Africa, and India, provides a marketplace where companies can quickly and effectively hire customer service representatives, opening the door for AI-driven task management.
The Delhi-based company claims that in order to improve model accuracy and relevance, it trains models using high quality data, prompts, and engineering. The platform facilitates rapid adoption by guaranteeing real-time interactions with conversational latency of less than 400 milliseconds and integrating seamlessly with current B2B systems. The startup offers an affordable solution by offering premium pricing without sacrificing quality.
