Legal-tech startup DecoverAI raised $2 M Seed funding from Leo Capital

With the help of additional investors, legal tech startup DecoverAI was able to raise $2 million in a seed funding round headed by Leo Capital.
According to a press release from DecoverAI, the additional funding will go toward tech development, generative defense expansion, customer and engineering growth, and marketing and sales initiatives.
DecoverAI, which was founded by Ravi Tandon in 2024, combines cutting-edge AI with legal workflows in an effort to shape the direction of legal technology.
According to DecoverAI, it is developing a comprehensive “Legal Brain” which is an Intelligent AI system that integrates capabilities for real-world legal workflows, including evidence discovery, legal research, and strategy generation. This includes e-discovery, legal research, and case strategy development, providing a seamless and integrated experience for legal professionals.
By automating intricate legal analysis and empowering legal professionals to efficiently develop strong defense strategies, the company will improve the practice of law. Additionally, it makes the claim to be able to query millions of documents or terabytes of data at once, offering quick and thorough access to enormous amounts of data.
