New startup Pre6 launched by Udaan’s Amod Malviya and Rishi Kedia
Amod Malviya, a co-founder of Udaan, and Rishi Kedia, the CFO of Udaan Capital, have joined forces to form a new company named Pre6.
Pre6 was announced on LinkedIn by Malviya and Kedia. The two did not, however, reveal anything about the new business, which would have its headquarters in Bengaluru.
Malviya and Sujeet Kumar, co-founders of Udaan, left their operational positions at the firm in 2022. Kedia and Malviya have been contacted by Entrackr for more information.
Both will join a number of recent business founders and high-level executives. Ayush Mathur, the former president of OYO Europe, and Mayank Kumar, a co-founder of upGrad, established a new company called BorderPlus on Monday.
With his new company, Sports For Life, co-founder of DealShare Sourjyendu Medda made his foray into the sportstech industry last year. Other names on the list are Binny Bansal, a co-founder of Flipkart, who founded OppDoor; Aakash Anand, who founded Bella Vita; Gaurav Gupta, who co-founded Zomato; Shivank Agarwal, who co-founded Mitron TV; and Mukesh Bansal, who co-founded Cult.fit, who founded Lyskraft and Nurix AI.
