NoBroker to invest Rs 100 crores in house interiors, plans expansion

NoBroker, a proptech firm, announced that it has expanded its capabilities by entering the home interiors industry, with intentions to invest Rs 100 crore in the process. By the end of 2023, the startup, which just established its first experience centre in Bengaluru, intends to create six more in the six locations where it presently operates.

“The company has parked Rs 100 crore to expand the home interiors vertical,” NoBroker said in a statement issued here. Commenting on the development, NoBroker.com CEO and Co-founder Amit Agarwal, “We intend to help our customers with the right information through our design experts and the advantage of being able to choose from everything under one roof. We want to offer a smooth experience to our customers across price, timeline, and quality of materials used.”

The 2000-square-foot experience centre in Bengaluru offers a home-in-store experience with designs for every room in the house. He went on to say that the purpose of a physical centre was to allow customers to touch and feel the material and finish rather than simply attempting to grasp it visually. For the same, the organisation has enlisted the help of more than 50 design partners.

“On time delivery, end-to-end work, zero headaches along with a hassle-free experience is what the company is looking to offer. The experience centre would help the customers with personalized solutions so they can make an informed decision,” the company added.
