Omnichannel conversational AI suite SleekFlow raised $7 M Series A+ funding from Atinum Investment

A South Korean venture capital firm called Atinum Investment led a $7 million Series A+ funding round for SleekFlow, a Singapore-based company that offers Omnichannel Conversational AI Suite for customer engagement.

SleekFlow said in a statement on Wednesday that this round brings the total funding to $15 million.

AEF Greater Bay Area Fund, which is managed by Gobi Partners GBA, and Transcend Capital Partners are among the current investors in this round. Moses Tsang, the former general partner of Goldman Sachs Group and chairman of Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC, is a new investor.

SleekFlow’s plans to expand globally, including into Southeast Asia (SEA), the Middle East, and Europe, will be expedited by the new round of funding.

To better service its expanding global customer base, funds will also be allocated to artificial intelligence (AI) tech innovation, which includes building marketing workflows and analytics, as well as channel expansions, which include calls and emails.

With an eye toward the future, the company wants to establish itself as a top global tech company by securing its Series B Fundraising within the next 12 months.

“Since the appointment of our Chief Technology Officer, Gao Lei, a Silicon Valley veteran, we have significantly increased our engineering efforts to be at the forefront of innovative tech and advanced AI,” said Henson Tsai, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SleekFlow.

SleekFlow wants to dominate the customer engagement space as the conversational AI market is expected to grow from $13.2 billion in 2024 to $49.9 billion by 2030.

Order management, payment processing, product catalogs, and chats are all combined into one user-friendly interface by SleekFlow, which claims that its cutting-edge solutions offer a complete solution to assist businesses in engaging with customers.
