Perkant Tech raised Rs 6.6 Cr Seed funding from YourNest Venture Capital

YourNest Venture Capital led the seed round for Perkant Tech, a health tech startup based in Indore that raised Rs 6.6 crore ($771K). Additionally, the Villgro Foundation (Rs 35 lakh), Sanchi Connect (Rs 25 lakh), and the Government of India’s Atal New India Challenge (Rs 1 crore) contributed to the funding.
The money raised will be used to help Perkant Tech expand its workforce, enhance its technology, and get ready for a wider launch following successful testing. The company also intends to include additional features that will aid in tracking recovery and early disease detection.
An intelligent AI-powered medical device that provides rapid and transparent health checks was developed by Perkant Tech, which was founded in 2020 by engineers Lokant Jain and Saniya Jeswani. In less than 60 seconds, its flagship product, “Abhay Parimiti,” can assess a person’s health and function even in places with a shortage of medical professionals.
The technology developed by Perkant has a pending patent in the United States and an existing patent in India. The National Digital Health Mission of India is also in line with it.
People can stay ahead of serious illnesses thanks to its system, which can track over 700 body signals. Both medical professionals and non-medical users in rural or isolated areas can benefit from the device’s ease of use.
