Private Limited RealVantage raises $10 M Series A funding for expansion

RealVantage, a private limited company with a Capital Markets Services license based in Singapore and operating as RV SG Pte. Ltd., has announced a $10 million Series A fundraising oversubscription and a $70 million valuation that is well supported in excess.
In a statement on Wednesday, RealVantage said that three family offices, including the family office of the well-known integrated property group SoilBuild, are receiving some secondary tranches due to an overspill in investor demand. This allows the committed employees of the rapidly expanding fintech company to receive some liquidity.
The money raised will be used for three main purposes: developing RealVantage’s AI-powered platform; creating new investment products, such as thematic funds; and expanding the region, starting with Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
“The strong vote of confidence from new investors reinforces our mission: to continue advancing our mandate of making institutional-grade real estate investing far more accessible, transparent and rewarding for everyone across the globe,” said Keith Ong, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of RealVantage.
Since its founding in April 2019, RealVantage has completed more than 130 transactions in seven international markets, including its most recent entry into South Korea, and raised more than S$400 million ($308.86 million) in investment funds.
With over 10,000 members from 58 countries, including institutions, listed businesses, family offices, accredited investors, and mass-affluent individuals, the platform has amassed a rapidly expanding following.
Prominent international developers and asset managers like Greystar, ESR, and Investcorp are among its operating partners.
By forming a joint venture in Hong Kong SAR with a group of reputable real estate partners and a well-known family office, RealVantage claimed to have already made its first significant regional move.
Ivan Ho, a former CEO of KaiLong REI, will oversee the Hong Kong division, while Edmund Ho, a former senior banker at Standard Chartered, will provide strategic direction.
“RealVantage is bringing a fresh, disciplined and investor-aligned approach to real estate investing…Their platform fills a real gap in the market and I’m confident they are poised for even greater growth,” said Lim Han Feng, a director at leading integrated property group Soilbuild Group Holdings Ltd and a participating investor through SoilBuild’s family office.
