WebileApps, a Hyderabad-based enterprise product development and design company, has been fully acquired by KFin Technologies Limited (KFintech), a provider of global investors and issuer solutions.
After this investment, KFintech will own a 100% stake in WebileApps. According to a press release from the company, the acquisition will combine the technical know-how of WebileApps with the in-depth domain expertise of KFintech.
Since KFintech and WebileApps have been collaborating for six years, the acquisition offers a number of benefits, including accelerated product development in SaaS and PaaS models, adds more cloud, artificial intelligence, and design expertise that will set KFintech apart and aid in the exploration of untapped markets and regions.
WebileApps, a company founded in 2011, uses reusable, ready-to-deploy code and modules for quicker delivery. The company’s service portfolio has grown to include all phases of the product development life cycle, including business analysis, design, development, DevOps, CI/CD, UI/UX, and quality assurance.
