The record-breaking MAD 8 million ($827,000) in funding has been raised by Kwiks, a Moroccan recruitment platform that links businesses with elite freelance headhunters. The announcement was made today by Azur Innovation Management (AIM).
According to the company, this fund will help with recruitment efforts by speeding up the creation of AI-driven solutions.
According to a statement released today by Kwiks, the goal of this initiative is to revolutionize current recruitment standards by expediting the hiring process and providing businesses with talent more quickly than with traditional methods.
“With KWIKS, companies can hire faster and more effectively, finding the ideal talent, with just a few clicks,” it noted.
The funding will allow Kwiks to launch a highly promising version of its platform, the statement further emphasized.
“Additionally, Kwiks will continue to develop innovative features, including its R2DS solutions that generate automated candidate reports,” said the statement.
Amine Khayatei Houssaini, CEO of Kwiks, thanked Azur Innovation for their kind gesture and expressed satisfaction with the new fund.
He maintained that Azur Innovation shares Kwiks’ goal of using artificial intelligence to recruit people in a more ethical and flexible manner.
“This investment will allow us to continue innovating and providing cutting-edge solutions to our clients, while strengthening our position in the local and international markets,” Houssaini said.
