Seed-stage investment firm F6 Ventures launched Egypt’s Flat6Labs

FlatLabs, a MENA-focused investor and accelerator with headquarters in Egypt, has restructured its business to form F6 Group, which consists of its well-known accelerator and a recently established seed-stage investment company called F6 Ventures.
The top seed and early-stage venture capital firm in the MENA region, Flat6Labs operates a number of startup programs and is present in Egypt, Lebanon, Tunisia, Bahrain, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia.
After 14 years, the business has now restructured its operations and established F6 Group, a new company that combines venture capital and entrepreneurial assistance. F6 Ventures, a recently established seed-stage investment firm, and Flat6Labs, the most well-known startup accelerator platform in the area, serve as the new organization’s pillars.
Seed funds in the Middle East and Africa will be managed by F6 Ventures. Under the direction of co-founders and general partners Dina el-Shenoufy and Ramez El-Serafy, it begins with six funds, which together represent more than US$90 million in assets under management (AUM) and a portfolio of more than 300 companies in the past.
“F6 Ventures marks a new era in our journey across the Middle East and Africa, bringing focused capital and sharper execution to support the region’s boldest founders,” said el-Shenoufy. “We are deepening our commitment to early-stage startups to help them scale from idea to impact.”
The Africa Seed Fund, which has a hard cap of US$100 million and a target size of US$85 million, is a crucial component of the new approach.
