Singapore’s Shieldbase AI raised additional funding from GenAI Fund, First Move

The enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) operating system startup Shieldbase AI, based in Singapore, announced on Monday that it has raised more money, with GenAI Fund and First Move joining Tenity and a number of well-known angel investors.
According to a statement released by Shieldbase on Tuesday, the funding will propel the company’s expansion throughout the Asia-Pacific area and quicken the release of new products that tackle fragmentation and governance, two of enterprise AI’s most pressing issues.
With this momentum, Shieldbase is growing its operating system and presence throughout Asia-Pacific to provide end-to-end automation and deeper contextual understanding.
In order to streamline AI adoption and increase business impact, the company’s next product releases will include improved MCP connectors, sophisticated data synthesis processing, and ready-to-deploy workflow automation blueprints.
“Our mission at Shieldbase is to break through AI silos and empower enterprises to unlock a new era of intelligent operations — where every system, tool, and agent works in harmony to drive speed, clarity, and strategic advantage,
“With the backing of GenAI Fund, First Move, and our incredible angel investors, we’re transforming fragmented AI stacks into a unified operating system that delivers real impact — from automation and governance to measurable business outcomes,” said Diego Rojas, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder at Shieldbase AI.
The statement claims that a serious issue is developing as businesses implement hundreds of specialized tools, systems, and agentic AI solutions across departments: none of these technologies are able to effectively communicate with one another.
Data silos, fragmented workflows, and a low return on investment (ROI) for AI deployments are the outcomes.
With its AI operating system, an intelligent unification layer known as the “Cursor for the Workplace,” Shieldbase is taking on this issue head-on.
Data, software, and agents are all connected and coordinated by the platform to create a unified environment.
Organizations can become AI-first by regaining control, cutting operational costs, and opening up new revenue streams while maintaining enterprise-grade security and governance standards.
Through the transformation of disjointed, isolated implementations into an integrated automation ecosystem, Shieldbase revolutionizes how businesses implement and scale AI.
While many organizations find it difficult to derive value from disjointed vertical tools, the company provides a unified platform that enables the transformation of disparate AI tools into coordinated workflows.
