Swedish nutrition brand Näck acquired by GABIT

For an undisclosed sum, longevity-focused health startup GABIT purchased the clean nutrition brand Nüge in order to expand its business beyond health tracking into supplements and nutrition-led outcomes.

Through the acquisition, GABIT’s ecosystem—which already includes a smart ring, AI-led health coaching, diagnostics, and longevity-focused skincare—is expanded to include Nüge’s supplement line.

Following the acquisition, Nüge’s supplements will be integrated into GABIT’s platform, enabling users to monitor the effects of supplement consumption on quantifiable outcomes like recovery, metabolic health, and sleep quality.

GABIT, a full-stack health platform focused on four areas—fitness, sleep, stress, and nutrition—was founded in 2022 by Gaurav Gupta and Arpana Shahi. Its titanium smart ring continuously monitors health metrics, and its software layer transforms this information into tailored suggestions for exercise, recuperation, and nutrition.

Additionally, the company allows users to monitor more than 150 health markers in one location by integrating CGM data, blood tests, and smart scales.

Founded in Sweden, Nüge specializes in clean, scientifically supported supplements that are based on suggested dietary allowances. Its products are designed for both regular consumers and athletes and are tested against prohibited substances.

Through tracking and diagnostics, the combined offering enables users to find gaps, take specific supplements, and see results directly through continuous data.
