Talent marketplace FlexiBees raised undisclosed Pre-series A funding from IPV
The pre-Series A funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures has been raised by talent marketplace FlexiBees for an undisclosed sum. Reema Mahajan, founder of International Women in Dubai, and Shan M S, COO of Namma Yatri, were among the other notable investors who took part in the round.
The money raised will be put toward developing its AI algorithms, growing its market presence, and improving its technology infrastructure in order to better serve talent and employers.
FlexiBees is a startup that links female professionals seeking part-time, remote, project-based work with Shreya Prakash and Rashmi Rammohan. More than 700 businesses are served by it worldwide, including both fast-growing startups like Qapita and Creditmantri and established companies like Tata Realty and Kimberly-Clark Professional.
With a network of more than 60,000 professionals, the startup says it has placed more than 1,400 women in flexible careers and impacted 20,000 women with returnship preparation and interview coaching.
As of July 2024, FlexiBees employs over thirty professionals remotely, all of whom are drawn from their own talent pool.
