INCUBEES: Tell us about your product or services?
Shani: We provide all types of digital services to startups and organizations in various ways, from designing logos for them to providing complete customized software such as ERP and CRM. We help startups and offline businesses in growing online. In simple words, we are the technical friends (techdost) of businesses running offline.
INCUBEES: What makes your product/services unique and what competition do you see in India and globally?
Shani: TechDost offers best practices using cloud base solutions and it helps in the atomization of the process/services and generates reports to support decision making. Our products are fully secure from cyber threats. In today’s world, there is a competition for technology. The country will take a stand globally who will adopt the new trend and technology effectively at the right time for the right task and with the right vision.
INCUBEES: What are the challenges you see in the market at this point?
Shani: The market is offering a lot of opportunities but I feel the challenge is, there is a big gap in awareness of available opportunities and their future scope. In today’s scenario, in India, MSMEs are looking forward to the atomization of their process with the help of Information Technology and want to grow their business, but some of them do not exactly know ‘HOW they can be benefited’ from Information Technology. They do not know that this is the right time to invest in digitalization. Everything takes time to establish and it is the need of the hour.
INCUBEES: Tell us about your team and what inspires them?
Shani: TechDost team is like a family, every member work in the company with the feeling of “my TechDost my Responsibility”. I feel very blessed to have a team like this and today through this interview I want to extend my gratitude to the TechDost Team for their devotion, dedication, and association in a true manner. INCUBEES: Where do you see your product/service reaching in the next five-years?
Shani: Well in the next five years, TechDost would be recognized as an expert with a high reputation in the IT sector. Our products will be known for trust and best quality services. We will fulfill the need of the future by offering a new version of our products/ services based on AI/ ML. So five years from now, TechDost is setting up realistic goals and hope we will definitely achieve.
INCUBEES: Do you have plans to raise funding to grow your business or allow your business to organically grow?
Shani: Yes, planning is very important for the success of any business. I believe for any startup the first step is to raise the funding, growing the customer base, reinvesting profits in new assets for greater income, and improving productivity to increase your bottom line. We can achieve financial growth through strong management and effective planning, taking advantage of changes in the marketplace and Government schemes that offer funds to startups.
INCUBEES: What are the challenges you face as a startup?
Shani: The biggest challenge is hiring suitable and skilled candidates because they are the backbone of the company who create and develop the quality.
