To support green startups, Recur Club launched $10 M fund
Regreen Fund, a sustainable finance program designed to invest in startups actively working toward a greener and more sustainable future, has been launched by revenue-based financing platform Recur Club.
Recur Club’s initial $10 million investment aims to empower and support startups in India that are committed to the environment and their cutting-edge goods and services.
Selected businesses will be given access to growth capital through Regreen Fund without having their equity diluted, allowing them to scale their operations, quicken product development, and broaden their market.
Recur Club, established in 2021 by Abhinav Sherwal and Eklavya Gupta, analyzes its clients’ key metrics through integration with their accounting, billing, and subscription management systems. It works with all businesses that generate at least $100,000 in predictable annual revenue from current clients.
In collaboration with Massive Earth Foundation (MEF), the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) launched LowCarbon Earth (LCE) 2023 on Friday. This climate tech accelerator is geared toward startups developing solutions to pollution and climate change.
