Trekkingtoes.com becomes sixth company to get listed on BSE Startup Platform
Mumbai: Trekkingtoes.com Limited became the sixth company to get listed on the BSE Startups Platform on August 28, 2020.
On December 22, 2018, BSE had become the first stock exchange to get the approval from SEBI and launch its Startups platform., BSE release said
Trekkingtoes.com Limited came out with an initial public offering of 433,200 Equity Shares of Rs10 Each for cash at a price of Rs 105 Per Equity Share (The Offer Price), aggregating to Rs 454 lakh.
The company has successfully completed its public issue on August 20, 2020.
